What Is Japanese Morse Code?
Just like International Morse code, Japanese Morse code (also known as Wabun code) uses sound or light signals to transmit messages. The difference is that each dot and dash combination represents a Japanese kana symbol (a sound), not a Latin character.
Japanese Morse code uses 48 codes for basic kana symbols, plus many more for accents, punctuation, and prosigns.
